Applications of BBa_K886001
We used this part for building a Plug&Play Machine version, this version worked (low copy number backbone - pSB4A5).
This Plug&Play Machine version had this part under the T7 promoter control - it expressed the Cre recombinase enzyme, which inserted the PCR-amplified DNA at the lox71 site.
